Halloween
Social Media Visual Editing
The project was commissioned by a client who requested Halloween-themed photos for their social media. The photos were created within 2 days, with little prior notice. I edited the images, adding Halloween-themed effects, including color correction, fog, and other elements to enhance the spooky atmosphere in some of the photos.
Spooky Atmosphere
This is the image with the most editing, as it was the first to be edited and used as the "cover" image, from which a color scheme was derived. The moon, reflections, fog, and a sense of distance in the background were added, all in keeping with the Halloween theme.
Rim Light and Fog
This image was created using the color correction from the first one and then adjusted. The "fog" effect in the background, particularly on the stairs, is used to create distance between the subjects and the background, drawing attention to the main focus. A rim light was also added to the subjects, a subtle illumination that helps define the subjects against the dark background, making them stand out even more.
Enhanced Depth
This image was created using the color correction from the previous one, with slight adjustments made afterward. Fake reflections were added to the subjects to make them stand out more. Fog was introduced to create a sense of depth between the subjects and the background. The moon was added, and leaves/branches on the background/roof were removed to enhance the overall composition.
