Naruto x Cooler Master
Naruto and NR200P Case Design
The idea for this project came to me while thinking about the case I have at home, the Cooler Master NR200P. This case comes in various colors, and I thought it would be interesting to create a 'collaboration' with an anime I’m a big fan of, to enhance its design. I aimed to both decorate the case and create a poster around it, trying to make the case look 'illustrated.' To achieve this, I used a 'pencil' tool in Photoshop to 'redraw' it.
Inspiration
The NR200P is a small and compact case, which led me to think of adding an external design to enhance its appearance. To choose a suitable character, I looked at the case’s gray color, which made me opt for Kakashi during his time in the ANBU (an organization featured in the anime).
Final Result
Finally, I framed everything for an A4-sized proof (the layout was designed for a large A3 print). The result turned out very well, and I hung the frame on a white wall to highlight the black frame and the black-and-white design. I printed two versions: a more affordable one with a black plastic frame, and another with a black frame made of 'faux wood' aluminum.
Details & Close-Ups
After adding the design, I included the collaboration details in the poster. Below the image, I added the 'specs' of my computer, with two close-ups to highlight the drawn/artistic details on the case figure.
